Strength and Core
Learn fun and functional exercises that you can relate back to your day to day life and activities. 

We do a variety of core exercises that are super important to maintaining a healthy, happy back. It also helps you to lift/push/pull and do all sorts of daily activities with ease. 

Having a strong core, back, hips, legs, shoulders and arms makes life and sports easier. Your endurance will also build so you can do more of what you love!

Balance
Balance is essential at any age. You might be surprised at how much your balance can improve and how much stronger you'll feel in your whole body. 

The balance training is designed to also build your strength - in particular your core and postural muscles. Bring it on!
Flexiblity
You will get specific stretches to help with the areas of the body that get tight for the majority of people and can cause pain and injuries. Improving your flexibility will also enhance your strength because you'll be able to move more freely and use your muscles more efficiently.  

Improved flexibility has the added benefit of helping prevent injuries and pain from muscle imbalances too!

Here's what you get with your Swish Fitness Monthly Membership

  • 2 Fitness Sessions per week (1 hour) with Dawn Payne, Physical Therapist and Athlete.
  • Live, in person sessions available on a regular basis.
  • Sessions are available by Zoom livestream so you can join from anywhere.
  • All sessions are recorded and you will have access to them for one week after each session to do anytime. 
  • In person real time feedback on positioning and form. 
  • Exercise modifications will be provided based on your specific needs.

*No major equipment is needed for this program. Just a few bungees/bands and light hand weights (1, 2, 3, 5, 8 lbs) OR you can substitute weights with soup cans, water jugs or water bottles, bags of rocks or sand…what ever works for you!

*In person and livestream classes are typically Wednesdays at 6:00pm MST and Saturdays at 9am MST. 

*You may cancel your Membership at anytime with 5 business days notice before your next billing date. 

My typical Physical Therapy rate is $260.00 per hour, and there is often a wait list. However, the Swish Fitness EQ Membership is available to you immediately. No waiting.
